Event Depot is proud to support many organizations in our community. We believe that life is more than making a profit. We
strive to play an active role in our community, through investment of personal time and energies in local charitable groups
and hospitality industry organizations.
Event Depot accepts sponsorship proposals throughout the year and reviews them regularly. Agencies interested in receiving
support from Event Depot must complete the Donation Request Form (link below) and provide the following attachments:
* Federal IRS tax exemption certificate indicating 501c(3) status
* Fundraising goals
* Board of Directors and Officers list
* List of top 10 contributors
* Project budget
* Brief description of organization's mission
Please be sure that your application includes all of the required documentation, as incomplete proposals will not be considered.
Event Depot does not support the following and submitted applications for these organizations will not be considered:
* Individuals, including scholarship or fellowship assistance
* For-profit entities; including start-up small businesses
* Local/regional/national sports teams of activities, including sponsorships of individual athletes
* Religious organizations
* Organizations requesting donations to cover operating deficits
