Event Coordinators- Part time
Event Coordinators assist in coordinating Corporate events, fundraisers, weddings, parties, and various functions for clients.
Candidate should be detail-oriented and able to stand for long hours. Must be willing and able to perform a variety of tasks.
Works under general supervision. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Typically reports to an Event Manager.
*Must be able to accommodate a rotating work schedule to include nights and weekends.
Audio/ Visual Technician- Part time
Audio/ Visual Technicians are responsible for the set up, operation, and breakdown of basic to high end Audio, Video, Projection,
and Lighting equipment. Candidate must have excellent customer service skills proven through demonstrated ability to interact
well with people and help others. Technical aptitude and basic understanding of how to use audiovisual equipment and computer
software is mandatory. Must portray a polished professional image to meet company dress code requirements.
